Below are our available suites and current rental rates. The application link is also attached. When applying, please list the suite number you are interested in.

Deposit & Lease Terms
• $400 refundable security deposit for all suites
• The deposit is refundable at the end of the one-year lease term, provided the suite is returned in its original condition
• A 30-day written notice is required to terminate the lease
• If the lease is broken before the end of the term, the security deposit will be forfeited

Included With Your Suite
• All utilities included
• Electricity included
• Wi-Fi included
• 24/7 building access
• Security cameras inside and outside the premises

Requirements to Lease a Suite

To lease a suite with The Pink Room Luxury Salon & Suites, applicants must own and actively operate a legitimate, functioning business.

Applicants must provide documentation demonstrating an active business, which may include:

  • Active LLC or registered business entity

  • Business/occupational license

  • Current cosmetology, esthetician, barber, or other applicable professional license or certification

  • Active business social media page, website, or booking page demonstrating current business operations

To Secure Your Suite

The following are required before a suite is officially secured:

  • Completed leasing application

  • $400 security deposit

  • Signed one-year lease agreement

  • Required business and/or professional documentation

A suite is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received and all leasing requirements have been completed.
